Egg Donor Benefit Package:

• Base Compensation: Starting at $6,000.

• Additional Compensation: Donors with advanced degrees, athletic achievements, or notable academic rankings may receive an additional $1,000 to $3,000.

• Companion Travel: If traveling, the costs for a companion's travel will be fully covered by California NuLife Surrogacy LLC. For donors traveling alone without a companion, an additional $1,000 will be added to the base compensation.

• Medical Clearance Fee: $500 upon medical clearance by the IVF clinic.

• Medical Insurance for 2 Months: Covered benefit (specifics TBD).

• Life Insurance: Premium up to $500.

• Travel Reimbursements: Includes flights, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, parking, and tolls for all necessary medical screenings and egg retrieval appointments.

• Contract Phase Legal Fees: Legal fees during the contract phase will be covered.

• Psychological Evaluation: Cost of the required psychological evaluation and consulting will be covered.
